I suspect glacial SNP plan is to get Flynn elected to Holyrood in 2026 then have leadership election, then Flynn campaigns for Indy over next 4-5 years. But that all takes too long. SNP needs to focus on independence for 2026. Use it or lose it #UseItOrLoseIt

So, if I get this right, the UK Labour Gov's EV policy is to penalise people who need to drive longer distances in their electric cars. 3 miles in a city, fine. 25 rural miles to go to the nearest supermarket, hammer them hard. Do these people never think things through properly

Interesting post over on mastodon. Looks like SNP turnout crashed. Personal feeling is that SNP sidelining independence leaves voters cold and many just can’t be bothered to vote. Same happened in UK GE in 2024. Ignoring their USP risks losing more voters.
