I reread #TheRats by #JamesHerbert.

The all time classic #animalhorror novel still holds up. Fast paced, tense, nihilistic as fuck, ridiculously gory, and most of all - fun. Yes, it's better than the #DeadlyEyes movie. No, it's not better than the sequel.

Impossible to rate/10.

I saw #DeadlyEyes, 1982.

This widely mocked and disrespected adaptation of the #JamesHerbert classic wasn't really that bad, but it needed more killer rats action. A little too slow. But when the "dachshunds dressed in rat suits" did appear - B movie schlock greatness. More of them, please.

6/10.

Is it sad feels like Christmas w/review copies of #GingerSnaps, #LakePlacid & #DeadlyEyes arriving? Triple-feature bliss. @Scream_Factory

My Blu-ray review of cult favorite #DeadlyEyes: http://www.moviefreak.com/artman/publish/bluray_deadlyeyes.shtml. It's raining rats & dogs (or something like that). @Scream_Factory
