Whoever decided open battery compartment for off on hearing aids should be made to to search for rolled off batteries in dusty corners while HA squeal sounds are played until they repent.

#deaflife so I wear hearing aids! I work at night and sleep all day, well I wake up today and my wife asked me if the fire trucks woke me up. The was a fire two blocks away from us, tons of fire trucks. I did not hear a thing.

Honestly, without subtitles I can just imagine my own plots. Deaf people do need subtitles. Still a long road ahead, since a lot of shows lack them to this day. Yes, there has been a significant improvement of QoL since I was a kid, but, I'm positive we still can do more and better! #DeafLife
