my Deathmaiden has wracked up 16 Out of Actions so far in the campaign - once we go into games again in the new year, I expect many more, especially as she's movement 7", 3W and T6...

Deathmaiden is a Gaub-Algen Wyvernspear. If used in two hands, you can set a shield next to it, and the shield floats to protect you against creatures you attack. If you die, it keeps you fighting for 1 round.
