The Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend city council approval of a comprehensive plan amendment and a planned-development rezoning for a right-of-way tied to the Paloma Trails subdivision, after staff said the strip will be dedicated and (per the applicant) deeded to the city.
