George was quite certain I was building his summer chateau. Such kitty disappointment when it turned out to be my Ikea potting bench. Poor kitty! 😅🐈🌿🪴

I got the 24"x28" tile in Carrara white marble. It was less than $20 at Home Depot. I'm thinking this will be a potting bench, and a buffet for outdoor dinners. I'm very happy with this Ikea piece.

Yesterday, I bought a Marketplace yellow tiered table for George. I sprayed it black so that it goes with everything on my deck. He was sleeping on his ratty old tiered table (after 25 years outside it will be trashed!) & immediately jumped into the new one. 😀🐈

Good morning BlueSky🦋!! I'm dry fitting tumbled Carrara marble tiles onto the top of George's 🐈 new perch. I wanted a conservatory furniture feel to it. It's precious enough that it will come inside in winter & be covered in rain on the deck. I'll sew a custom pad, too.
