They call it being a high decoupler, they all aim for this and disdain the intelctual vices of the low decoupler, which is the TPOT slur for people who have object permanence.
Tech Right/TPOT types do this thing where when they criticize the admin's decisions they never mention Trump or any of his cabinet members by name.
