We did our best to deduplicate the dataset, but we know it is not perfect.
In particular, many Shanghai sequences presented as new last year were in fact from patients already sampled by another group. We could not match them with certainty because of metadata issues, so we kept them all for now▫️5/7

2. They said 3 million developers "built with OpenAI" a year ago, is 4 million really that great, especially considering GPT-5?

It would be a shame if everyone signed up and filled their inboxes up with gigabytes upon gigabytes of random data attachments that are impossible to deduplicate and contain no useful information to mine for xAI.

Now, this is not to say Mike is wrong to worry! I bet four out of five people confronted w/ my present task will say "hey, Fable, deduplicate this list of books and web scrape something about their authors," and unless Fable tells them to do manual inspection and confidence calibration ...

the data engineering here is very sus; generally you don’t say that a database is or is not deduplicated and often it’s not entirely possible to represent all the dimensions of data without encoding it in such a way that you can then deduplicate it but it may require several transformations
One of Musk's defining qualities is that he is a conspiracy theorist when it comes to government. He will see some ambiguous information or be presented with an easily debunked tale and he immediately believes the worst.

Google alerts makes RSS feeds, they’re very active depending on the topic, but using Jev to deduplicate, rank and categorize is epic. Will report, I dom’t think I can drop in for a few more days
