No Delco is by Philly. The accents vary a little bit here and there across the state but it all comes back to pennsylvania dutch so they probably sound the same to everyone else lol

In the off chance literally anyone who follows me lives in Delco, hasn’t voted, and is undecided on the ballot question: please vote yes. It is estimated to increase property tax by 0.06 mills ($6 per every $100,000 in house value) to have clean water.
