A tender story in Cape Town - with wish lists, kittens and great representation.
the 2nd novel in the "leads to this" series, can be read as a stand-alone, but why would you want that? ;)

a cozy queer book recommendation: the cover of "Breeze Spells and Bridegrooms" The storyline was fascinating. I didn’t mark many quotes, because I was very absorbed in the magical narrative. I still want to show you a few ..., underneath are 4 flags: progressice disability inclusve pride, achillean, demi, pan "This was the way she always regarded her grandchildren. She treated every interaction with them like a small gift." "’I take my breakfast at noon like a reasonable person,’ Wyndham said primly." "Wyn thought honesty suited Roger well. He liked the way it allowed Roger’s thoughts to flow more freely, the same as they did when he was speaking about magic.” "Wyn studied Auberon’s face for a moment, let out a breath, and stepped forward to wrap his arms around him in a tight embrace. ‘It’s good to see you,’ Wyn said quietly before he let go. Auberon’s brow arched as he inspected Wyn a bit more carefully. 'Are you the same Wyndham I left in London?’ he teased. Wyn finally allowed himself a tiny grin. ‘Hardly,’ he admitted.”

a cozy book recommendation Cover of the book „breeze spells and bride grooms“ queer normative adult (> 30) fantasy romance Bridgerton vibes - but politically great (Regency era London) A heart and 4 flags in a row: The progressive pride flag with the disability flag in a heart inside The achillean flag The demisexuality flag The pansexuality flag Background for all 6 slides: a picture of flowers that tend to be in fall, one is yellow, one is red (as one of the two people on the cover also has a flower in his hand). (The other 5 slides are in german.)
