Remember Platner was the choice of Democratic voters in a primary. The BlueSky centrist/moderate Democrat influencers collaborating closely with MAGA decided that they knew better than Maine primary voters and pushed him out via a smear campaign. It was as dirty as it gets IMO

Let’s face it, none of the allegations against him were ever substantiated. Unlike the Cornell 7 where there is significant evidence, the evidence against Platner was incredibly thin and there was a massive moderate/centrist Democrat grifter coalescence around smearing him baselessly for clicks

Alot of Collins' voters consist of liberals and indies who vote democrat everywhere else on the ballot. After ICE shot a man in Biddeford, the tariffs, high gas prices, fall of Roe, the navatek corruption, I struggle to see how Susie survives yet Roger Marshall falls.
