Boomers didn't decide the election alone. Non-voting Gen Z did.
· Boomers: 50% Trump, 50% Harris (split evenly)
· Gen Z turnout: only 47%
· Seniors turnout: 75%

- it doesn't remove everyone at once
- it requires the Republican-majority government to act against the Republican majority
- Dems have repeatedly introduced Article 2 Sec 4 and Article 25 bills to Congress anyways, even though they are in the minority and can't force it through.
