Looked it up and they do look like low-grade diabetic dermopathy, which among other things means the spots might be permanent. Excellent. Very cool that I wasn't taken seriously when I expressed concern that my blood sugar levels might be a bit high way back before this became inevitable.

My legs, which are almost NEVER bare and exposed, are criss-crossed with long thin brown scrapes and scratches I never suffered? They look like phantom unhealing wounds from nowhere.
