22. More efficient train turnarounds in Britain - a regional train should be able to turn in 8-10 minutes and an HS2 one in 12-15, to create more tracks at Euston and reduce the costs of construction. Descope the extra Euston tracks, bring back the sections of HS2 to Manchester and Liverpool.

Je pense aussi qu’au vu du calendrier un descope de Blue est probable, à priori annuler l’ingress serait le choix le plus évident, mais PR désastreux.
Si pas de descope, la campagne de tests doit débuter bien 6 mois avant le lancement, donc au printemps au plus tard, ce qui paraît presque absurde.

Bref, si on voit pas de hardware plus ou moins assemblé du HLS demo de blue origin avant la fin d'année ça sent pas bon pour A3 l'année prochaine sauf descope (ce qui arrivera probablement)

If they need to descope the project to save money they could consider dropping the problematic road bit that likely has a terrible cost/benefit ratio.
