Quilting my destroy this quilt! I have no idea what I’m doing, but am slowly coming up with a plan. #quiltynook #artquilt #wholeclothquilt #destroythisquilt #mixedmedia #slowstitching #handquilting

Still working on my 2024 quilt along project. “Destroy this quilt” is getting close, only one more prompt to go.

My magical landscape Destroy this Quilt is all ready to be quilted. The thread should come tomorrow. #quiltynook #wholeclothquilt #artquilt #quiltart #mixedmedia #applique #destroythisquilt

Starting the week/day with slow stitching. Working on my #destroythisquilt project. I might be about halfway done with the #quilting and I’m both excited and sad to see this project near completion. A year of learning how to translate my mark-making into this soft, comforting, and familiar media.

Very nearly done with #DestroyThisQuilt (a series of quilting prompts by @zakfoster.bsky.social on the Quilty Nook). This is a close-up of my favorite part.

My “destroy this quilt” top. This quilt along with The Quilty Nook, forced me to experiment and use creative problem solving to complete 24 prompts. The process started with one of my old bedsheets and slowly evolved into maximalist madness.
