i like the fake devanagari on this sign 1. for the obvious reason, that इ is an actual character, but also 2. because it looks like they are using the IPA symbol for retroflex /ʈ/ here

there's the old overlap between sanskrit and lithuanian so potentially possible to use Devanāgarī script if you really feel like being mad
