Amazing modernist statement. Refurbished in 2023, I think, for it's 50th. Saw SSO play Bruch/Beethoven in '23. Last year I managed to book a last minute ticket for Deborah Cheetham Fraillon's "Eumeralla, a War Requiem for Peace". Mind-altering piece, with hypnotic backdrop artwork by Tom Day.
Went up to Echuca for four days. Got a luxury cabin on the Dhungala (Murray). Made an effort not to read MSM. Lots of opportunistic ducks, kookaburras and Australian minors. Watching the flow of the river was very relaxing. Had evening meals in on the paths of Echuca. 😎

It is nice isn’t it! I’m just sitting by the bank of the mighty Dhungala (Murray River) in Yorta Yorta Country (Corowa) contemplating a paddle in my kayak. I have the breaks dishes to clean but that’s about it for today 😃
