If you want the oldest oldest crux, it'd be uh. Baby Looney tunes. It made an impression on me and was sleeper cell reawakened to diapers as a teenager, did some googling of "diapered anime girls", found the old AF diaperedanime site, found fa shortly after, and the rest is history.
