Singapore Online Safety Commission Receives Over 500 Reports In First Two Months
SINGAPORE, Sept 22 (Bernama) — Singapore’s Online Safety Commission (OSC) received more than 500 reports of online harm in its first two months of operation, resolving over 90 per cent of eligible cases. Minister for Digital Development and Information Josephine Teo said the figures covered reports received between June 29 and Aug 31 this year. “The bulk of them are doxxing and online harassment, with a far smaller proportion involving intimate image abuse and online stalking,” she said on the “Let’s Table It” podcast aired on the gov.sg YouTube channel on Tuesday.
