I heard this is an issue for telecare - the existing analogue devices will stop working; the digital replacement is likely to be more complex & expensive & if the server goes down there’s no backup for emergency alerts #DigitisingSocialCare

I’ve read this with interest - particularly on two topics intersecting with my research; how people with dementia cope with ‘digital first’ (will be starting survey soon) and how GP cares for residents of care homes - ie where digital system interact with #DigitisingSocialCare #VirtualWards
