In order to focus on their milk-producing cattle, many dairy farmers send the calves to these calf-raising operations where they are raised until they are ready to be returned to the dairy industry or sent into the beef industry.Kiss Cattle Company houses around 7,000 calves at any one time. We have reported them to the authorities for their illegal mistreatment of these calves but as of the time we are posting this, we are unaware of any enforcement actions being taken. BREAKING: An activist was just arrested during a confrontation with Rick Van Domelen, a representative of Ridglan Farms who had his veterinary license revoked for mistreatment of animals. Samantha has been released from custody but thousands of dogs continue to face extreme confinement and cruelty at Ridglan. We ask that they release the dogs to rescuers who can place them in loving homes.
