I think consistent is the right word for Simpsons and for Futurama as well. But Disenchantement felt much harder to get into. It is another kind of pacing. With South Park, yeah, you never know what you are going to get.

i looked it up right after reading ths post and realizing there were 3 seasons since the last one on cable TV in 2013. How am i so out of the loop? I watched all of disenchantement and never knew there were more futurama seasons!

i started the last season of #disenchantement wanting for it to be a new futurama; a show that comes back to life time and time again. but not anymore.

it was such a perfect ending. better than i hoped. perfectly bittersweet.

definitely on my shelf as one of my comfort show. forever.
