The next guy entering into the presidency has selected a complete cabinet of fools.

There are some talking heads stating that he’s selecting disrupters.

So is the new definition of disrupters unqualified idiots?

Donald Trump’s plan is one that’s been repeated over and over again by dictators across history — inciting the local population before sending disrupters.

That’s how you convert a democracy into something else.

Illinois won’t fall for this ploy.

I’m thrilled to be named one of @out.com's 100 top queer people of 2025 (and to come in first in the Disrupters category!)

It is a huge honor to be recognized alongside so many brilliant and inspiring individuals who are shaping our world and advocating for greater inclusivity and diversity.

Yeah, man, the left and liberals are definitely the ones rolling their eyes at accumulated wisdom, certainly not all the tech disrupters and institution smashers and regime changers on the right, no sir.
According to the guy, the “left and liberals” are to blame and have important to lessons to learn from their enabling of sports gambling.

Disrupters: “Move fast and break things.”

Humans: “Please. Don’t.”
But you must not change one thing, one pebble, one grain of sand, until you know what good and evil will follow on that act.

Someone please disrupt the “disrupters.”

What we need right now is thoughtful and imaginative world-makers, not disrupters.

The mission creep from Schumpeter's "creative destruction" as a dynamic of economic development to "disruption" as a broader assault on societal institutions is a major causal factor in our current problems.

I will be repeating all day, if you’re going to be out today, please be safe, peaceful, and smart. Do not engage with disrupters and stay together.

Replacing television and film with Whatever All This Is has gone so well. The bright future that the disrupters came up with (a version of having a very big hard drive of indifferent content you can’t navigate and don’t value) has worked about as well as it did for music. We’re all so much poorer.

When people talk about tech billionaires being 'disrupters', this is what it actually means
"So the Hyperloop, for example, [Musk] admitted to his biographer that the reason the Hyperloop was announced—even though he had no intention of pursuing it—was to try to disrupt the California high-speed rail project and to get in the way of that actually succeeding." gizmodo.com/silicon-vall...
Hyperloop One, the futuristic transportation company building tube-encased lines to zip passengers and freight from city to city at airplane-like speeds, is shutting down, according to people familiar with the situation
