Again, stuff like Advent Children and KH and Dissidia warped people’s perception of FF7 for years. The cast got overidolized and the original intent was lost.
It took until the remake series for the characters to start acting like themselves again.

It's really funny how hard Square Enix went on the PSP.
Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, Dissidia 012, and Final Fantasy Type-0 are all console quality games, plus it had the definitive versions of some of their classics as well.

it's funny how NEO TWEWY is Square Enix's third best action game system (Kingdom Hearts, Dissidia, NEO TWEWY) but it always gets excluded from conversations because nobody played it

Thought I'd bombard you with pics and charts for November's #promosky.
My name is Trey and I'd love to make new friends! I'm a huge gaymer, married to a wonderful man, and have a cute cat.
I post mini +/- reviews when I beat a game and answer q's weekly on Trey Tuesday™️.
What more could you want?

also man, Classic Bartz is such a good design. I'm glad Resonance used that design and not the Dissidia Nomura/Amano hybrid. The Dissidia design is great but I also love how simple and just basic adventurer the blue tunic with the red cape and green boots are compared to the blue tank top

Wonder if my bestie still has her yshtola wig+ears....... I'll never seriously cosplay her, but the new dissidia outfit or that concert fit might be fun as a casual thing. Id atleast wanna see how I look in the wig lol

funny anecdote from yaeko sato, windurst's main writer, of her explaining to megumi hayashibara (shantotto's voice actress in dissidia) "shantotto is a much worse person than you're making her sound"

Dissidia can't stop putting me in ultimate battles as Y'shtola. She is only 14k. Everyone else is around 18-22k.
Let me play her, to learn her. But mm is a pitch.
As Rikku or Rinoa? No problem. But y'shtola? What should I do against a 22k Kain? 2 abilities and I'm down. (Or one Ace / tifa) #ddff

Still, I would love to alphinaud feature as an xiv rep in a dissidia game other than opera omnia (which is sadly long dead + a mobile title). I think now that he’s a sage with such a unique weapon that he may have more of a chance of being included but who knows 🤷♀️

I was gonna say that you’re right on it being because he isnt in 1.0 since that’s i thought that was it and that xiv featured in collabs pre-2.0. but like i checked and y’shtola only appears as xiv’s rep in both dissidia and theatrhythm in 2014/2015 so idk—
