Family Enclave Layout in Doddabommasandra celebrated its ninth Annual Day alongside Ganesh Chaturthi on 27 September 2026. The day began with rangoli-making, community breakfast, homa and maha mangalarathi. Residents later shared a traditional South Indian lunch before taking part in games and preparations for the evening programme. The cultural programme featured “Katha to Stage 2026”, where stories written by neighbourhood children were brought alive on stage. Children and adults from the layout participated in the wider cultural performances, while residents also joined the concluding procession and visarjane. More than a month of planning involved teams handling pooja arrangements, decorations, catering, permissions, cultural activities, accounts, logistics and clean-up. The celebration brought residents together through worship, food, performances and a collective effort to organise the neighbourhood event.
