Professionally speaking: security assessment of a remote-controlled RF device

Kinkfessionally speaking: I wanna look up FCC data on the Dogtra shock collar and SDR our way into it so that @hazzy1.bsky.social can use SDR to control it remotely and zap me if I am not focused on stuff 🤪

@PainBurr he got the dogtra Tran and beep 2 Dog system @happyfrosh

Thanks a lot, I’ll look into it. Any specific Dogtra devices you’d recommend with it?

Dogtra pathfinder 2

Thats a dogtra pathfinder2. Expensive, but it's been an absolute game changer for both me and Rufus. I can confidently walk him off leash (we live in rural environs) let him loaf around the property, and have a level of freedom not normally afforded to a hound who's apt to go after a scent trail.

The rubber collar is from @cuffed.store, the actual shock unit is from Dogtra.

Testing out a long range radio collar (9 miles).

Requirements:
- tell me where the dog is, in case she runs off (e.g. chasing an animal).
- not require cell service so it can be used while camping on BLM land and other remote areas.
