The padding, glas-cast splint, and Ace wrap came off my arm on Wednesday–surprisingly, not at all smelly, & replaced by a Donjoy brace. A little bulky, some drawbacks, but an overall improvement.

random person here but both my ankles are fucked up and I have 2 kinds of braces. my podiatrist gave me these: www.donjoystore.com/donjoy-advan... and b4 those I had these: Med Spec 264014 ASO Ankle... www.amazon.com/dp/B00TZTO0V... however those are a lot bulkier and more annoying to put on.

I believe I used a DonJoy when I was between tearing my ACL and having surgery. my father-in-law has used a brace for years, I can ask him when I see him tomorrow what he likes/uses

They're DonJoy Contoured Wrist Support (79-87003). Unfortunately they stopped manufacturing them the year after I got a few, so I don't know if you can find them anywhere. I'm not looking forward to when the three I got fully fall apart.

update: found two, but one of them needs washing because I think I got lotion on it or something. Anyone know how to wash a DonJoy ankle brace? Can I just use dishwashing soap and warm water?
I have six identical ankle braces and cannot locate any of them

I know i keep saying g shit like this and no one really knows what I'm talking about, so here you go. This Pic makes it look so tame, but it doesn't sit still, it needs adjustment for sitting or standing and it CHAFES and pulls clothing around

Meine sind sportorthesen von donjoy aber halt schon knapp 8 Jahre alt,vlt gibt es ein neueres model. Die alten passen nicht mehr richtig aber kenne die nur aus Metal und das ist irgendwie hinderlich. Obwohl auf dem Prospekt damals der Typ Skispringen gemacht hat 😁
