Absolutely. Only in BG it is the pinnacle of this horrible devolution. I think that something terrible will happen for all of this crap to reset. I hate it when I'm doomy, but such are facts that I can't avoid it.

It definitely could be more of an issue with my immediate LGSes selling product that should be allocated for prizes, but that also isn't going to be made better by this. I also live in an area with busier shops overall, so I definitely understand how I can seem super doomy to other markets.
