We were very sad to learn of the passing over the weekend of Simon Fisher-Becker, who many will know from his role as Dorium Maldovar on television and audio Doctor Who. Our condolences go out to his friends and family.

Very sorry to see the news that Simon Fisher-Becker has passed away. His husband has posted on Facebook on his account. Fly well, Dorium. We met at Misty Moon; he took care to wish happy birthdays on Facebook and message occasionally with news. A good actor, a sad loss.

Saddened to hear of the passing of @fisherbecker.bsky.social - I had the honour of hosting his panel at Who On The Wirral last June & could not have hoped for a better guest his advice to me before going on stage was “lets have some fun”. Deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Ha fallecido Simon Fisher-Becker, entre otros tantos papeles, interpretó allá por las temporadas de Matt Smith al simpático Dorium Maldovar.
De pequeño fue de mis personajes favoritos, me hacía mucha gracia cada vez que aparecía, y que acabase siendo una cabeza en una caja lo mejoraba aún más. 😔
