Technically there‘s Dotflowy, which is very Workflowy-copied. Persists to Durable Object storage but you could vibe-retrofit that to purely local storage easily I would bet. Can‘t speak to it’s behavior or performance otherwise though.

I haven't used Workflowy, but I thought it's an outliner like Logseq. If so, then does Dotflowy have any features worth switching over from Logseq?
I'm also excited about Thymer and Vellum. Let's see how it fares
