Too many patients, not enough DRs and healthcare staff, not enough diagnostic tools and not enough beds. Healthcare is expensive but when you literally piss away BILLIONS to enrich developers, multinational booze suppliers and for-profit healthcare providers things ARE NOT GOING TO GET BETTER.
