I’m going to do 3 drafts in these $39 Draftmaster best ball leagues. 28 roster spots! I tailor my draft lists for my 30-round drafts. I guess I will try to expand my list while I wait for them to fill. I’d think the extra spots make backing up QBs viable.

I recognize it. It's an AutoCAD DWG file that was popular in the late 1980s/early 1990s. You could often download it from BBSes. I think I still have mine, printed on an an HP Draftmaster Plotter in 1991 at my dad's architectural firm.

Meanwhile Draftmaster 2 does basically the same gameplay but with an 8 (16?) bit art style, different tracks, many different types of cars (aesthetics only Tbf) and just, y’know, works

The funny thing about draftycar is that it’s ai-asset filled unoptimized mess that is outclassed in every way by Draftmaster 2

To update on these sub goals, I think I have 3 Draftmaster races left, I'll be continuing my GT3 playthrough throughout the next few weeks, and I might try another face cam stream soon.
The IRL arcade stream will happen in a month or so, and the secret goal is well, being organized atm ;)

There's a lot of features I always wanted in Draftmaster, mainly around multiplayer. I just can't do it in DM2 without totally rewriting the engine.

One improvement for Draftmaster 3 is smooth entry/exit of scrolling environment objects.
The pit lane slides into view by moving the sprite along the x axis. Once centered in the camera, it stops sliding and scrolls its texture using a shader instead (for big performance gains)

A unique new mechanic! 🔧
In Draftmaster 3, you'll be able to switch between a car, and a team member mid-race.
An example of this would be when managing a team, you can jump between the Crew Chief organising the team, and each driver carrying out the plan.
