Some credit to TransLink, they have a detailed alerts page (bsky.app/profile/dja1...), which although bulky to navigate, provides microupdates.
DriveBC and BC Wildfire are also good with postings on their own websites.
But their favourite social media remains the same.

Determined to leave the ex-bird place, but so far it's still the fastest way to get regional weather, earthquake, wildfire, and transit updates.
If ECCC Weather BC, PreparedBC, Emergency Info BC, BC Wildfire Service, and DriveBC migrated to clearer skies I wouldn't go back.
