Amarie is starting off the new year with new clothes! I recently moved to China and I heard that traditionally, people will wear new clothes on New Year’s, so I worked hard to finish up the outfit I’d been working on for her 🥹💕 [1/5]

Embrace AU Amarie session 2 update!

I played a little more today and we ended up clearing out the abandoned Jergal temple, talking to Scratch, and also recruiting Karlach! And we're all level 3 now! 🧵

I took a long time figuring each answer out and might go over them individually when I have more time. And if anyone has any questions I'd love to talk about it! I just love her so much 😭
A large character sheet showing a bunch of stats for my character Amarie. She is an elf with a pallid skintone and visible scars. She is wearing a purple wimple as well as metal armor. She is a Dark Urge, high elf, intersex woman who goes from neutral evil to neutral good after losing her memories. Pre-tadpole, she was a tempest cleric of Bhaal but ends up becoming a cleric of Jergal postgame. She is 114 years old at the start of the game and is 5 foot 3 inches tall. There isn't enough space for me to explain the entire text but her maxed out categories imply that she is beautiful (I know beauty is subjective but she's certainly beautiful to me!), passionate, is good at combat, has a high libido, is pragmatic rather than idealistic, is political, believes in soulmates, and prioritizes her family, friends, and feelings of love. Her lowest categories imply that she is not very physically strong, she is bad at cooking and seduction, she isn't very lucky, and she doesn't believe in people being ontologically good or evil. All of the pictures used, aside from the picture of Amarie herself, are from a free picture sharing website called Unsplash. The links to the pictures used as shown in the post after this one. Also, the icon used for some of her answers is the in-game icon for the tempest cleric's Destructive Wrath ability.

Embrace AU session 7 update!

Knowing it won't be long before we raid the Grove, we spent a lot of time this session finishing things up in the goblin camp. We also went to the Underdark for the first time! 🧵

I finally started Amarie's Embrace AU run with difficulty mods and oh my GOD I've been loving it so far 😭

The idea is that she ends up retaining her memories through Orin's attack and because of this never comes to reject her Father. I'll try to update as I play! 🧵

I was sick last week but Bhaalist Amarie is back! This time, she got humbled in ways she didn't expect and is now forced to actually face the unavoidable fact that the power she once prided herself in is now gone. 🧵

We really did play a lot and we reached level 4! No one died this session and Amarie is starting to get her confidence back since combat has slowly been getting more manageable. And we ended up getting a lot of scenes o7 🧵

Embrace AU Session 4!

This was a shorter session and was mostly resource management but we still did manage to do a few things! Amarie is still beat down but she's slowly regaining her footing and her confidence as she prepares for the challenges ahead. 🧵
