Moria and Dwarrowdelf are amazing, I mostly said it that way because character limit, and also it adheres very closely to the formula in Magician (there's a beautiful underground city, a terrifying entity that they can't fight shows up, they get separated, etc)

I wanted hours and hours of the Dwarrowdelf at its height (or depth) before anything bad started to happen. Talk about the realisation of a childhood dream 💭

I don’t totally understand the logic of a shield having 20 more strength than the axe and needing a nat 20. But I guess those Dwarrowdelf folks make a fine shield.
Unless I’ve misunderstood, is the Dwarven axe a battle axe or a pickaxe?

Then stats. And done.
Not a patch on the TOR book, but some useful bits that a good GM could mine* to supplement a dwarrowdelf excursion
*pun intended, obviously

But clearly it’s a lot longer journey from the Rivendell side…they walk for like a week before hitting Dwarrowdelf and then the escape to the other entrance takes 15-20 minutes of running battle
