Keeping with the fitness journey timeline, an interesting discovery was made today.
Long story short — TJ’s light roast coffee + Silk milk + PhDelight + Dymatize ISO100 Vanilla protein powder.
To my surprise, this resulted in a high protein equivalent of Dunkin’ iced coffee that tastes fantastic!

I like Dymatize because it’s low sugar and is relatively heathy. It’s not high calorie tho. You have to add what you want to it to get the calories but with 1/2 & 1/2 & smooth peanut butter you can make it high calorie.

I really like Dymatize ISO 100 protein!
They have great flavors; I currently have strawberry and have tried/liked gourmet vanilla, fudge brownie, fruity pebbles and fudge brownie. Only one I didn't love was chocolate peanut butter.
