Does dynpro even own it?
I always advocate ‘Fiori Elements First’, but I also see that there is simply too much ‘legacy baggage’ in Dynpro, even in SAP standard apps, for SAP to be able to afford to abandon it completely. Of course, new GUI-only apps should not be created.

C'est pas pour dire, mais après presque 20 ans dans l'ABAP la gestion des écrans, aka dynpro, c'est toujours chaotique.
Avec l'expérience on apprend à se rapprocher un peu plus d'un semblant d'architecture MVC, mais quand même, on sent que ce n'était pas l'idée à l'origine.
