Today is the anniversary of Mallard’s famous high-speed run, when it hauled a number of coaches, including the famous Dynamometer Car.
We have received a UV-printed body of the N Gauge Dyno Car, showing off the gorgeous teak effect. We can’t wait to see the production versions with details added!

Our lab is awesome! We spent the afternoon low tide together, including collecting seaweeds for functional trait measurements. It was Noah’s first time sampling, & he got to use the dynamometer to measure attachment strength of this *massive* specimen of *Gelidium robustum*. @hannahhall.bsky.social
