And BTW…. Dysarts in Bangor has GIANT cinnamon rolls that are AMAZING!!! It lifted my spirits this morning to have a 1/4 of a 1/4 of a 1/4 of it 😂 (I had no knowledge of its size when I ordered it!! 😳)

I remember visiting Boston and Maine. En route through Bangor, Maine we stopped at a Dysarts and I had the most delicious pancakes with red berries and cream. I’ll never forget them! #SpeirGorm

Dysarts over here too, and a Kildysart not far away. Díseart in Irish, meaning "wilderness". Direct translation is "deserted place" or "desert". Assuming Scots Gaelic is similar.

When I was very young, my grandmother on the white side (the Dysarts) took me to tent revivals in 1970s. I clearly remember it. My great grandmother on her side was a faith healer. On my mom's side, my uncle, who helped raise me was a honky tonk musician. I spent a lot of my youth in bars with him.

Acadia is beautiful! Cadillac Mountain nearby has some amazing views, and Bar Harbor (Bah Hahbah) is FULL of great small shops and local businesses. I went to grad school up near Bangor, have a lovely trip~

Gonna sounds crazy but my favorite poutine in all of Maine is from Dysarts Truck stop in Hermon Maine, it’s definitely way more north than duck fat

It was Dysarts work on the Harbinger characters is so good .. hopefully Valiant can get back on track and get a cinematic universe one day

It's crazy that Dysarts is a chain of gas stations/truck stops and they have legitimately good food? I had a haddock sandwich there and it was as good as any I've ever had.
They also have their own store brand of whoopie pies that are very good!

At least not right in downtown! Theres multiple dysarts in the area (but the owners suck) and theres a dive bar near downtown that does breakfast some days but l don’t like going there after a lady tried to punch me because her bf was harassing me

Roadtrip Maine to Bar Harbor, place is beautiful and has a lot of really cool restaurants and shops and views, and it you time it up right you could hit a limitless show in Hermon Maine and then hit dysarts 😂

Tbh I think thats fair for a lot of the later seasons but especially in the early seasons they did have their share of fantastic performers. Tommy dysarts as jock Stewart, Myra de Groot Val Lehman were all properly good
