I have found in the eboot a string related to a game mode that remains unused on both RT and PS3, which is Last Kart Standing.
This is not a new discovery, as someone had already edited the PS3 version's eboot in order to enable the unused LKT mode...

El formato especial de PS1 se llama EBOOT por si queréis buscarlos directamente convertidos a PSP 👌
Se meten en ux0:pspemu/PSP/GAME/<carpeta_con_title_id>/EBOOT.PBP
Y ya deberían aparecer directamente en Adrenaline

So Goiken Muyou 2 runs at like half speed on Retroarch on Vita. And I haven't been able to find a preconverted eboot to run it in Adrenaline so I'm gonna have to convert it myself which I've never done before. Even playing it at half speed though I can already tell its gonna be worth the effort!
How is there still a PS1 fighting game that I've never heard of!? And one that looks this good!?

Goiken Muyou II is properly good, man. I only discovered it and the original Saturn game (plus, who made them!) recently, and they’ve become firm favourites very quickly.

Pra achar a pasta de PSP no vita tem que marcar pra mostrar item oculto no windows que ai aparece a pasta de pspemu, aí lá tu vai ter ISO e PSP, as ISO são os jogos nativos de vita e as de PSP são esses eboot de PS1

Tenho de ficar mexendo na opção pra desocultar arquivos no Windows toda vez que vou colocar ISO ou eboot, engraçado que no vitinha só aparece no adrenaline também

not the worst game i’ve ever played because it’s generally functional, but pretty much every choice in terms of design, aesthetic, sound etc seems built to embarrass the player. When I was playing the eboot a little too long and you simply said “ur playing gubble” i was humbled instantly

As I currently understand it I have to convert this Mega Man legends .cue file to an .iso first, and then convert that into an eboot format...

My (Dutch) Screamer review is up, and the rebooted 2026 linear arcade-racer has the potential to become sleeper-hit of the year. I've enjoyed it quite a bit despite having to get used to the controls and a particular mode where I had to restart a race multiple times.
Also, it's anime AF which I ❤️
