As oil prices rise, a US export ban on diesel becomes more likely. Such a ban would hit LatAm hard. Hardest hit would be Mexico (MX), Chile (CL), Peru (PE), Ecuador (EC) and Brazil (BR). It'd be better not to do this, but it's all about the US midterms...
