i’m grateful to ecigs because i accidentally made myself a really effective smoking cessation plan using one, and then quit vaping because the plan involved random no-nicotine liquid so the vape wasn’t appealing anymore

UK also took the semi unique approach that ecigs were a proper cessation tool that at the very least reduced the harm of those addicted to tabacco.
In theory it saves them billions in Healthcare costs and lead to better rates of quitting the habit.
