With EEFIG (Energy Efficiency Financial Institutions Group - now superseded by EE Finance Coalition, we published work on embedding EE1st into financial institutions (FIs). Amongst other things this needs capacity building in FIs. If every FI said ‘why don’t you build Passivhaus?’ as part of ….1/2
