Eso me recuerda a una empresa en la que curré hace casi 20 años. Era de formación en trabajos en altura, verticales, EECC, etc. e instalación de elementos de seguridad. Todos los operarios éramos oficiales de tercera que, según convenio, sólo podíamos auxiliar a los de primera que no existían 😅😅.
