Thu Sept 24 is your last opportunity to express yourself before the unelected England Airpark Authority makes Louisiana the state that interns babies and children, not for a huge economic benefit to Louisiana, or EEIDD, but for a private entity in the business of imprisoning babies and children.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (PROJECT LIGHTNING)
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 2 day of

_ 20_26 by and between the England Economic and Industrial
Development District, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, with offices at 1611 Arnold Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana 71303 ("EEIDD") and Applied Digital ("Company"), each, a "Party" and who may collectively hereafter be referred to as the "Parties".
2. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means all non-public, proprietary, trade secret, or other information of Company, its affiliates, contractors, or agents, whether disclosed orally or in writing, including but not limited to: technical data, business plans, operational data, market analyses, financial information, pricing, forecasts, flight schedules, customer data, expansion plans, or other information that is designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential under the circumstances of disclosure.
Information shall not be deemed Confidential Information to the extent it: (i) is or becomes public without breach of this Agreement; (ii) was already known by EEIDD as shown by written records; (iii) is received from a third party who lawfully obtained and disclosed it without restriction; or (Iv) is independently developed by EEIDD without use of or reference to Company's Confidential

Urgent: Please help us oppose the new proposed concentration camp for children and families here in Louisiana. The next board meeting to discuss this is August 27 and we need emails and postcards/letters voicing opposition in by then.
