- Beat a couple of eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Add the eggs to the pan and stir.
- Add the bell peppers and carrots. Stir well to incorporate everything.
- Squeeze 2 limes and pour the juice into the pan
- Give a final stir and cook at low heat for 2 minutes
- Add the eggs to the pan and stir.
