#EJPG
Do women candidates help the far right? Not in Britain, finds @turnbulldugarte.com in #EJPG. In 2024, Reform UK's women candidates won no more votes than men, and the gender gap in Reform support was, if anything, wider where it ran a woman.

How do far-right actors differentiate between LGB and TQ+ subjects? In EJPG, Jana Foxe & @jsciarone.bsky.social compare MAGA, the PVV and the FvD: White Christian homonationalism seeks erasure of TQ+ identities, semi-secular homonationalism containment.

📢 ¿Escuchan los políticos menos las demandas de las mujeres que las de las hombres?

🏛️ Por desgracia, sí. Cuanto mayores sean las discrepancias entre mujeres y hombres, menor atención prestan los políticos a las mujeres.

📢 New OA publication in European Journal of Politics and Gender (EJPG). Together with my brilliant colleague Iris B Segers I turn a critical & reflexive eye on the field of far-right studies, and look at the researchers themselves. 1/Polisky gendersky

Quick note to our community: several colleagues have reported receiving emails that appear to come from EJPG editors and ask for help with journal business.

These messages are scams and were not sent by any member of the EJPG editorial team.
