on my quitting vaping journey: im mixing 0% nicotine ejuice with 1% to make a 0.5% and it seems to be working well for me.
if i keep dropping down the number i'll be able to quit in no time.
feeling accomplished and good. :)

ended up having to make a 1% nicotine ejuice mixture because i wasn't ready for pure 0%.
i'm vaping 1% per tank and then 0%, alternating each tank refill.
ive got this. i *can* get down to pure 0%. it might just take a few days of switching back and forth.

thank you. :) im doing a good job. i think it would've been harder to quit if id been still smoking cigarettes. cant break down a cigarette into percentages, ykwim?
with ejuice its just about mixing two together to get the right "dose" so to speak.

🤦 jeg blir faktisk helt matt. Tenk å være så nissete. Dette kunne de forutsett og lett unngått ved å ikke gjøre vapes ulovlig i utgangspunktet. Nå får de sove i sengen de redde opp I guess. Jeg vil ha tilbake min ejuice med peach smak 🙄
