Breezy conditions are expected as remnants of Hurricane Isaias move through East Kentucky. A Wind Advisory is in effect for Bell, Harlan, and Letcher counties from 12 PM today to 5 AM Sunday. Widespread wind gusts of 20-35 MPH are expected with gusts up to 50 MPH in the advisory area. #ekywx #kywx
