I am super excited about these three awesome POC VP candidates at #elcacwa.
I’m going to point out though that bodies that are 97% white love putting one POC in leadership. I encourage my @ELCA siblings to remember that we’re not going to “solve racism” with one election.

Now we have 2 other members naming some of the other harmful things hat have happened, including youth and young adults hurt by the suggestion that they are not CAPABLE of serving, and confusion over the litany was read yesterday, which didn't clearly communicate the harm that was done.
